You should give him a keeping net, because apparently they help with secondaries, and you need his secondaries to go up quickly. At the moment he is useless cause of his bad concentration and consistency.

Nah I didn't pull him. Bought him on the cheep.

I'm training his batting, so concentration can stay low. Keep him on a fielding and a bowling for a long enough time and the consistency will sort itself out. Can't spare the keeping net. He won't be more than a cover bowler (as in 6th/7th choice) so don't see the point in piling him with excess nets.
