I'm looking to sell Earle, and get rid of Waterworth eventually, however he is in really good form at the moment, and find a way to get 3 nets on bowling for Fillery, and 3 on batting for Mukhopadhyay.

Plan is, sell Earle, if he doesn't go this week for 10k+, then I'll try him again for 1k next week. Then, I need to buy a strong or better bowler, with at least mediocre consistency, to bring into the side, to partner my other strong bowler and my respectable 17 year old bowler. Then, I'll remove Waterworth, being a 30 year old med, med, med spinner, then as time progresses, and I find another strong or better bowler, remove Rocastle.

So I should end up with something like this:
