RH Batsman, LFM Bowler. He is a steady player with competent leadership skills and wonderful experience.
He currently has strong batting form, superb bowling form and lively fitness.
Stamina: strong Wicket Keeping: feeble
Batting: sensational Concentration: sensational
Bowling: worthless Consistency: woeful
Fielding: respectable

Well considering he couldn't get into the U19s I thought I'd post Norton.

Malcolm Norton - 19 yo, BT Rating=65,341
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler. He is a cautious player with woeful leadership skills and feeble experience.
He currently has competent batting form, superb bowling form and lively fitness.
Stamina: superb Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: exceptional Concentration: exceptional
Bowling: feeble Consistency: proficient
Fielding: proficient

How on earth didn't he make the u19s? The only thing I can think of is his fielding.

Nah, he was about 2 weeks behind all the other players. But even then, I don't know how he didn't get a go considering the others training was stopped.

His fielding was fine. It was pretty much the same as the U19 players.

Hoping he's superb/quality cons by start of next season. AtStumps seem to think he'll be more but I doubt it.

He's 31. I don't have any better youngsters to train, so I thought I should train up my best bowler for the new season seems I will be promoted.

Did you get him when you started? That's amazing if you did. The best I got was 1 respectable bowler.
