haha, like my youth team last week with the amount of pops. imo, you should probably train Stanford on batting technique until the EOS (Normally one keeping pop each season is enough, with Reasonable for 16, Capable for 17 etc.) which means that they should be Accomplished once they reach your senior squad and have a decent amount of batting as well, and then you only need 1 keeping pop max. in the senior squad. Meanwhile, a couple of good technique pops but that was it.

I was thinking of putting him on fielding for a bit which would also improve his technique. He looks like he'll be promising though, has a number of games for the senior team under his belt already

I see what you're getting at but fielding really only adds a bit of technique. Fielding only plays a really small part in keeping so I would just worry about his batting for the time being. Batting technique for the rest of the season then change back to Keeper-Batsman at the start of next season and back to batting technique for the rest of next season.

Two very nice pops and one meh pop this week:
Fox popped experience to ordinary which is still pretty low, especially for a 24-year old
Donaghy, my most recent purchase, popped power and endurance this week!
Not sure whether to keep on the power or go for technique. Might go for technique I think. With his talent, a season or so on bowling technique could get him to excep/excep which would be very nice
Finally, my second most recent purchase popped batting to exceptional
He's been on batting technique so he must have had quite a high sub-level. Gonne keep him on batting technique till he pops because he has a two level technique gap now. After that it'll be strength all the way.

████, you've got an exceptional player before me. Is Donaghy part of the Irish squad? Actually he would need a technique pop. O'Leary is only Spec/Spec with pretty much the same secondaries and a bit lower endurance and is only really part of the T20 squad because of his talent.
But then again, bowlers come along more likely than batsman.
And you better give the Bermuda manager a message about that guy.

O'Leary has much better experience than Donaghy, so I don't think he'd be anywhere near the squad. And as you said, there are normally way better bowlers than batsmen. Same goes for de Burgh, he's got really low experience.
But yea I didn't think you had any exceptional players yet so I was quite happy when I saw that pop

Oh yeah, you'd probably need Reasonable experience at least for Donaghy and Capable-Reliable for De Burgh.
