That is the player predictor. The main points is in A14, make sure you put the age number as that is what they will read to determine player pop times. Put talents in as they are shown, so as you can see, if they have Accumulator and Prodigy talents, you would put Accumulator, Prodigy in there. Then you just need to put the skills in, just put in what they are in each skill. Then put in your academy levels and then in the box with the training plan, say how many weeks you plan on spending the player on that age, there's 15 weeks in a season so if this was the start of the season and you wanted to train him on 6 weeks of batting and 5 weeks of batting technique and 4 weeks of fielding, then you'd type 6 into the batting, 5 into the batting technique and 4 into fielding (under the age he will be that season so if the player was 16, then you put those numbers under 16, and then it will determine the player skills at the bottom.

I'm struggling to work out how you got to that. Surely he couldn't rise 2 levels of batting in 15 weeks. (Since you will need at least 6 to get his fielding up to reasonable) and there is 15 weeks in next season. Unless that is sometime during the season when he's 19. Cause I know Mol's batting rating is a lot higher than Lindeman's so I have put in a sub level of 0.7 (as I know it's about that according to my ratings) and put in 6 weeks of fielding to end this season to get up to reasonable and then 13 weeks of batting training and 2 weeks of batting technique training next season and he will pop to accomplished batting right at the end of the season. And note that my academy is better than yours, I'm pretty sure. According to my predictions, Mol will be this when he turns 20.

You shouldn't bother with Seale. Even on batting training for 5 seasons (so when he turns 28), he'll only be Reasonable/Ordinary.

The others, look I'm not going to be bothered writing up the best training plan for you. But after a combination of some batting training, batting technique, power and fielding, Carr could look like this when he turns 26.

Hi Guys

Ive fig the predictor out now...Just b sure to add his age and current skills. If the player is 16, you add 16 to his age then you will see on the right hand side i the green there will be displayed 16 - 20, so then you just enter the amount of training sessions you want his to train in every season (year of his life). So basically there are 6 weeks left in this season, so there are only 6 training sessions left. and next season he can train a total of 15 sessions.

There is a cell called Season and next to it there is a grey cell having a nr 1 -5. This indicates at the end of which season do u want the system to display his skills. So if he is 16 and you enter in the grey cell next to the name season a 3 the system will show you what his skills will be at the end of the season that he turned 18. If you enter into the grey cell a 5 it will show u his skills at the end of the season when he turned 20.

Then if you want to calculate his further just enter the newly achieved skill into the spaces where you initially entered his skills and change his age to the year he will be next. so for a player you added 16 initially you will add 21. then again enter your next couple of years's training you want to do and again his newly achieved skills will be shown in the green area.

Ok, with till age 18, does that mean you wanted to train him on keeping training until he turns 18 and batting/batting technique until he turns 19. If so, then these will likely be his skills when he turns 19.
