Well such little suffers always happen,you may notice that lots of players played for thier national domestic teams in IPL,so by rule a NZ players must be now first in thier own domestic team.
MAy be to settle this dispute,I think drafting must be from the start,Australian teams first choos only australian domestic and NZ teams will choose only NZ's.
Then we must have a mix International players draft.
