Hmmm... yeah interest in this format seems to be picking up . I would think someone like Afridi would be tailor made for such a format
 
Afridi would be great in this format. Even as a bowler, because the top bowlers seem to be spinners, which no-one expected.

I'd actually like to see the Champions Trophy as a Twenty20 format, could be interesting.

Surrey v Gloucestershire
Leicestershire v Warwickshire
 
On an interesting note, in Lancashire's final Twenty20 game, they gave a first team debut to Gregor Maiden.

Maiden also plays for the Scottish national team, meaning that this season he has played both for and against Lancashire :D
