Pakistan won the T20 cup, but NZ have won almost every T20 series in the last 1-2 years.

I can't believe most of you have NZ very low, I mean they are currently the most consistent T20 side. They beat India, SL and BD recently.

and we have lost just about every other game we have ever played (excluding the first world cup)

We would certainly be no higher than 6th that would be the absolute limit.

11. Ireland - beat Bangladesh woopie...
12. Bangladesh - they beat WI in 07 WC, everyone else decent they've lost to and they usually haven't been impressive losses either
13. Canada - Canada tied with Zimbabwe a couple of years back. Gotta be worth a little.

Yes, we have been good lately.
But 2008 and before, we were absolutely hopeless. Definately not No.1, but because of some recent wins, I'd say were around... 5

How long has Bangladesh been playing International cricket? Everyone says it takes time but it only took Sri Lanka 14 years to win a World Cup.

the rankings are not there cause Pakistan will be holding the no.1 position (highest win ratio to date against all oppositions)... once Aus or SA takes over then the rankings will be introduced by ICC.
