What about having a Second XI competition?
Its a good idea, rather releasibng players, we can have matches which do not contain any of the gold or higher players.

Another thing I would love to do but I don't think I have the time to implement and run it. If I did do it, the season would take twice as long to complete and I'm pretty sure a few would lose interest.
I'll have a think about it anyway. Might be a way to work it.
We can do like FIFA. Contracts to play matches if it doesn't burden Turman with a lot of work. That way members will play their best players less. You only have to figure out the contract prices. We can even do a transfer market thing. Those who can't afford continous contracts of good players can sell them for others to buy. That will stop people from holding on to best players for long and everyone will get good chance to win.
I'll work on it on over the course of the season like I did with the player performance based vC bonus. Just off the top my head, I reckon bronze and silver players should be contract exempt. Only gold, elite and legends would be subject to contracts. Just like FIFA, I can add contracts to packs.
Perhaps two divisions with relegation and promotion, given the large number of teams. Creating the second division might take
@Iridium some time but managing it might be quicker as leagues can run shorter, given fewer teams in each league. Depends again on how complex a programme he can handle.
Promotion and relegation is good idea but it will only work in Grey-Nicolls .
It actually would be pretty simple thing to do:
- Top 10 teams from last season would be in the top division, bottom teams and new teams would be in the lower division.
- First place in lower division would gain promotion at the end of the season
- Last place in upper division would be relegated at the end of the season
- 2nd to last in upper and 2nd place in lower would play a promotion/relegation match to see whether they gain promotion or are relegated.
I'll get some feedback on that before I make any changes.
