What are you opening it with? If it is opening in Nokia Installer then it's no surprise it's not working.

Have you clicked save, and then taken the editor_new file into the DB section.

In the file where the editors installed, after you pressed save, there wasn't a file called editor_new?

Then if it didn't make a editor_new file in the folder then you've done something wrong.

What program is it meant to open with???

java runtime environment. its a 56 mb online setup. you will have to restart your pc after the setup for the settings to take effect.
