Unplayable after Ps4 update

Have not played DBC for about 4 weeks. Had a go today and it stutters(frame rate)non stop.
During bowling run up, before release, Batting, fielding all of it.
I know it's not my ps4 because I've played fallout 4 , mgs5 and black ops 3 without any issues.
No scratches on disc.
I've deleted game from HD and reinstalled.
I've reset my ps4 to factory default settings.
Still no joy. Any ideas.

I think I found the issue for anyone experiencing the same problem. After the latest PS4 update I'm experiencing the "please wait" error/bug when trying to access the PlayStation network. I can still play online but can't excess the store.
This seems to effect only DBC and not other games I have. When I remove myself from network the frame rate issue goes away.
