Urgent PES 2008 help!

Hey, Im starting a gaming story on here on PES 2008, so I have decided to download the V.1.20 patch, I have downloaded it and when I run it extracts everything however, it then says I don't have the privileages to install it, it says log on as the admin then try again.

However, I only have one account on this computer and I am the admin (this is confirmed in the control panel)

How do I get this to work and install?

I assume you are using windows Vista.
Right click on the installer, and select "Run as Administrator".
This should do the job.
