IDK why the sea is fiercest at this point and calmest in just 30 KM's away from this point (Puri Jagannath) May be due to the Sun Temple at Konark (which may be even reason for why water went back by about 20 meters at the time of Tsunami).

Sealing ain't a big deal!
Heat the cap a bit and close the bottle! It'll get sealed up.
Even I'll seal an empty bottle:laugh.
Crushing or breaking the bottle will work out upto some extent.
