rahul, you clearly don't know how to workout, or eat properly. You look weak...

take 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. for example if you are 170 pounds = 170 grams of protein. bulk up and then do a cut cycle. (500 deficit of calories).

Eat clean. Look up bulking articles man

It sucks that the only footage of me skateboarding is when I sprain my ankle :(
