Has a special vacuum cleaner been invented so that you can program it to clean where-ever around the house you want and it does it all on it's own?

As in you can program the vacuum cleaner to clean the house while you sit down and relax?

I was going to laugh off the idea until I saw that an automatic vaccum cleaner had actually been made! It would make my life easier that's for sure, but for some strange reason I think I would be scared of it!
