Nah, all jokes, but I can't be bothered to look for tutorials now to do that. Besides, I know I'll be doing them for other players and draftees too, so I'm saving all that frustration I gain on my own lack of knowledge in PS.

For making the outer glow.
if you have the psd,double click on the layer(in the layer palette) for which you need the outer glow.
Select and check the outer glow option in the left pane.
Then adjust the color and size according to your needs.
Thats it.
