Is it just me or does it feel that noses are weird on custom faces.......

if u look at this forum i guess there is 1 or two faces have problem and not many complained..its actually because of potrait i used..its very difficult to get ideal potraits..it is a hard work

To create the beard you would need edit the whole model....like they do on the licensed face. =]
You could just get an other layer of face with a beard, like any of those umpires or any other faces with beard and use soft light on the layers. The beard shows up pretty well.
