Its just easy. I just used a man in black and white picture and changed some threshold effects. Then used a background with white and grey. Then used a brush having those designs in the corners of the signature. Thats it!
simple one.

Ok but not great. I feel a newer stock would have looked great and the render effect was not really required there, text looks good though.
