Can anyone tell me how to earn Rs 25000 in 3 months from a part time job ?
(preferably online )
Something like Ad Sense for youtube videos. But the problem is that I cannot earn by ads by starting a youtube channel that is just 3 months old.. ! (bcz I would need more a lot of subscriptions for that)

Can you tell me how ?

try taking jobs on freelancer.com whatever you want like ,graphic design ,programming or web design etc.

Though you should be aware of employers there look for ones with good reviews and apply.though most of them are good a few can cheat you especially ones without proper reviews.
also you should have a decent profile or portfolio, just make some stuff which you can show as examples in the respective field you chose. hope this helps.

Well, I did earned around $2400 (INR 150,000) in span of 6 months from Google Play with zero skills in programming when I started. I made some themes for Android and it sold well. You could try learning online if you have any interest in these. My monthly income used to be 30,000 from the apps I made some months ago.

1. Sell photos through shutterstock.
2. You can use your talent and earn pocket-money(4$) through Fiverr.
3. Youtube videos, ghost-blogging, maintaining a website or blogging needs patience but they're a good revenue if you spend more time in them.
4. Or you're serious about getting quick money, you can donate your plasma to the camps which pay you for it. I don't know how painful it is but I heard that it pays you well.
5. Surveying is a bigger market, you should find a trusted website. The problem is there are a lot of scam sites. Try https://www.surveysavvy.com/ which I found listed as legitimate in a few sites.
6. Creating paid apps is a hot job. You can earn great money but you should learn before you can start.
7. Painting, designing, photography, photo-editing, photoshop(These are more of a career option rather than a 'quick-money' choice)

The answer is, through hard work and getting lucky. Those "MAKE ?10000000 IN AN HOUR BY CLICKING ADS!!!" things that you see are obvious scams; the survey things generally end up as working out as less than minimum wage for your time; youtube is oversaturated; and getting a partnership, although easier than it was, still requires having high views on a few videos (and someone I know who has one bought ice cream for the two of us when I saw him with three months worth of youtube bucks; to earn much more than that you need semi-popularity which is a long term thing). The app thing requires coding talent, but again that needs effort and also getting lucky (and releasing the first few things for free) because otherwise you'll end up selling very little.
