I think Aditya is confused between economy and strike rate. Maybe instead of picking on him, you can tell him what the difference is and who the 5 bowlers with the top strike rate are?
 
^This is strictly for Aditya and other who might have a little confusion between strike rates and economy. Economy relates to a bowler's ability to restrict scoring. It is mostly described in terms of runs per over. E.g Wasim had an economy of 3.90 runs per over in ODI (could be a difference of few basis points). Strike rate denotes the number of deliveries after which the bowlers takes wickets e.g Waqar Younis had a test strike of some where around 45. It meant he took wicket after every forty fifty delivery on average. I think this should clear it up for aditya.

Strike Rate:Bowling strike rate is defined for a bowler as the average number of balls bowled per wicket taken. The lower the strike rate, the more effective a bowler is.

Economy Rate:The average number of runs conceded per over by a bowler.
