Tasmanian allrounder Shane Watson will return to Australia's Cricket Academy over the winter especially to work with Dennis Lillee in rehabilitation from the back injury which forced him out of the World Cup.
Watson, 21, was among 25 players announced today by the Australian Cricket Board and the Australian Institute of Sport as the intake for the 2003 Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy. He was at the Academy in 2000.
They will participate in the Academy's residential program for two six-week blocks between May and August.
