Dalrymple's done a great job for us but he was always going to be a bits and pieces player. I don't think we'll see him play for England again.

Darimple is a good player , he played nice cricket cricket at CBS . i dont see why he will not play for England again according to you Matt

Every team needs 100 makers and wicket takers and he's neither.
 
Each player has to have a specific discipline at which you know he'll give you something out of. JD doesn't fill my boots with either batting or bowling imo.

He's done that exact catch 3 times now. Smith in this World Cup, Hayden in the 2005 20/20 (think it was the 20/20?) and another West Indian player in the 2004 Natwest tri-series. Always the right hand over the left shoulder, always way above his head, always in the same spot from the same shot.

Trescothick was bowling to Sarwan when the first instance occured

Harmy was bowling to Hayden in 2005

He also pulled one off in a Test match against Pakistan al Lords last summer. Harmison was the bowler and Faisal Iqbal was the unfortunate batsman.
