Now that we've got an inspirational leader in Sammy, Chanders back in form, Sarwan kicked out and an attack of Edwards, Roach, Russell and Sammy, there's no stopping us.

The other teams had better be afraid. Very afraid.

Don't blow the goodwill, mate.

I'm guessing the Poms are gonna get hit hardest when they play us next.

----------

Or maybe the Pakistani's.

LOL at the Poms right now.

Well as long as he keeps the Windies chat to this thread rather than the England/India I guess it's quaint and fairly harmless.
I think everyone here hopes for a revival in West Indies cricket but even the most optimistic ex-players and pundits I've heard aren't predicting it for a while yet.
Can I get some of whatever you're smoking? :D

Tis' a shame, makes the case for tiers in Test cricket stronger, especially when the zimmers return. Add them to the kiwis (in no man's land between the weaker of the top sides and the best of the rest) and the bangles and cricket has too much potential for one sided series.

Shame for the windies, shame for the ROW and cricket in general

As I've said before, the current team shows a lot of potential. But potential does not equal results automatically. Today's next big name can very well be tomorrow's has-been, or even worse, the never-was.

There's a lot of things that need to be addressed in the West Indies. However, things are finally looking up after a long period of staring down at the ever-bigger hole we've been digging for ourselves.
