2 x insanity and 1 T25...how many minutes is that in total Dave????

About an hour and a half... the 2nd insanity was the abs one It's short only 16 minutes.

And the t25 was the stretch one cuz this is supposed to be the insanity recovery week but instead of doing all 6 days of the recovery workout I'm doing 2 days of tough workouts and 4 days of recovery.

I was destroyed for the rest of the day...

Lessons learnt...

1. Never tell a guy who looks aggressive and is four times ones own size to go fourth and multiply and add looser to the equation.
2. Don't go onto an internet forum and seek revenge on an innocent party and say nasty things about them (sorry).
3. Be a nice person... Always! People like you for the pleasant person you are.
4. Close legs when falling I don't want to be kicked in the crotch again... It bloody hurts we don't have those cool airbags like the boys.
5. Thank everyone for their kind words and ignore the ones who are nasty as it's their loss.
