The LBW rule. If the ball is hitting the stumps then give it out no matter what (takes out "whether it pitched in line or not" out of the equation and makes the decision less error-prone).

I'd remove the limit of bouncers per over.
 
I'd remove the two new balls rule in ODIs, so reverse swing would come back and spinners would have it easier.
 
I would make the ODI World Cup to 20 teams and make it span across 2 months... The top 8 teams can compete in the Champions Trophy
 
I don't think I could be unsatisfied with the current rules. But if I were to change something in cricket except just rules, I'd let associate sides have more games against top 10 club. Also I'd have given Afg, Ire test status by now.
 
I will bring back the substitute player rule in cricket a captain can sub any 2 players in between the innings.
