For Physics, I recommend Mahesh Jain as well. And, if you are good at self learning and are interested in physics, nothing can beat 'The Feynman Lectures'.

very nice book although i don't have it...

AIEEE Explorer is a nice book for beginners
I live in U.P. and Studying I.S.C Board

It is one of the best. My favourite subjects were Physics and Electronics, and I still have a very good collection of books for these subjects. They are at home, though. But, I still am pretty good in both these subjects. Ready to help you guys, if you have any problems.
