Well it's not as much the cords as the headphones just stop projecting the sound properly or something along those lines. Okay while they last though @Simon, not great sound quality but you're not paying much
I don't think I've ever had headphones with more than two months of usage. Then again, I've never bought expensive or good quality ones.
Really? My in-ear headphones generally last about a year, despite usage practically everyday. My current ones have lasted six months so far and don't look bunging out anytime soon.

By headphones, I mean earphones. And it probably doesn't help that I don't take good care of them or, like I said, buy any good ones. I now remember that I had one pair that lasted 6 months but the rest have been very short if I actually use it.
I got my first and only other earphones when I was 10 and managed to make them run perfectly well for 2 and a half years, so I'm hoping I can keep that up.
