What Was The Last Thing/s You Bought? Thread

Yeah, a real steal, last year I got an SS Gladiator for 1100 alone.

Both for Rs. 1000? OMG that's a steal tbh.
Yeah, my friend a former U-17 cricketer now runs a sports shop so he gave me a huge discount and handpicked the bat and ball for me :D[DOUBLEPOST=1493099172][/DOUBLEPOST]

Ha ha yes. He was offering me SS for just 900 and I got the ball as well in 1000. By the way, CBCA is the cricket authority of our city and the ball is reasonably better than the usual generic balls we get for Rs.100/-

I always expected the bat to be good but I'm impressed with the ball. It looks very good for a ball that has been used to bowl 36 overs of slow spin.

Motherboard?
Not of your use - he has an AMD setup.

Just can't wait to noel with the new ball! Played literally gully cricket with the new(ish) ball. Got some late outswing to the right hander. (As it was gully cricket and was bowling slow can't guarantee getting my swing back while playing on the ground). That ball looks awesome in a 100 rupee range!

The ball is still rock hard. Best cheap cricket ball I have played with.

Anyway, thought it was a right time to get a kit too because our playing session is getting intense day by day but I don't bother on getting a new one so grabbed this one for Rs.2,000/- instead.

SG batting Gloves, SG Helmet, SG Test abdominal guard and thigh guard, SG Ecolite batting pads and Sunridges elbow guard. This has been lucky week for me as far as buying cricket equipment is concerned. :D

Who says laziness is not good. After striking the quoted deal for Rs.2000, I forgot to tell him that I will only be able to collect it on weekends since I'm working till 10 pm on weekdays. The guy possibly thought that my inactivity for few hours meant I'm backing out of the deal (I went to work after confirming the deal) so he reduced the price to Rs.1700/- instead. :lol

PS: He first quoted Rs.2,700/- yesterday morning.
