They can't change the speed of the internet games, that's down to servers and peoples connection.

Also, its annoying when people begin every word with a capital.
 
would love to have like U-19/youth team like in real life or as in footy managment games so we can see their progresses and offer them contracts accordingly
 
Early retirements for players. So they don't retire only when they're 38 or older, a couple of times maybe in your game before they're 30, maybe because of permanent injuries, etc.

Make it a little difficult for spinners. The difference between their 2nd team ave and FC ave is a lot less than compared to fast bowlers.

More online stats possibly, number of consecutive wins, losses for a team, highest run-scorer online, wicket-taker, which team has the highest batting ave, lowest bowling averages, so on.

Regarding disconnections: Maybe if some person disconnects on you, you should get some points as well instead of just them losing their points.
 
Some things I'd like to see in the game are to be able to have wicket-keeping training and technique in the coach and physio section, also you should be able to give injured players physio sessions, also it would be nice to know when players are going off on international duty or when England players will leave their clubs in advance so we can use them properly, another couple of things I've found in the game is that it's quite difficult to bowl out sides on the last day to win a game, I was Somerset V Durham and I had them at 7 wickets down with Plunkett and Onions at the crease at tea and they went through the whole of the last session without losing a wicket, which is severly unrealistic, also make it so that batsmen actually score faster when you put them up an agression level.

some deeper stats about yourself, say games captain, wins losses draws etc, international caps, age, best players captained etc.... atleast a profile of yourself... u no what i mean?
 
More sixes hit.

Less favouring of spinners vs fast bowlers (and the resultant bias toward subcontinental teams).

But most importantly of all, a better interface, with a lot more filters (eg combined batting/bowling filters to find allrounders), clearer recent performances, career average graphs over seasons, no of dropped catches.

More influence over the fielding ability of your team (training).
 
more filters when plloking at players would be a great idea, being able to just look at keepers etc would be very welcome
 
Seriously these features are too good to be true... I highly doubt that we would be seing them anywhere near in teh future... and it frustrates me looking a t games like Football Manager that are near perfect and then we get Cricket ones which are no where near realism

more domestic teams from other counteries

special teams such as world 11, asian 11 etc

the ability to coach a dometic team and a different international team at the same time. e.g. coaching surrey and pakistan

a player search facility
 
i went to game today and they said the game is expected in June ! whereas on numerous websites it says next week !
 
Theres a lot that I'd want to see...

1. Make the world cup more exciting then it is by having separate accessible world cup stats and records. Maybe keep track of who won what world cup when, and the favorites for the world cup would be nice. The world cup in the game seems plain to me.

2. Awards for the players, such as, best bowler, best batsman, added to their history.

3. This is tough, but probably newspaper articles after the match.

4. Training youths when they are really young.

5. Sponsorships.

6. Girls taking off their clothes when a wicket is taken.

7. Strike Rates!!

8. Domestic Cricket from BANGLADESH!!!!

9. Challange teams on your own rather then have set schedule.

At point 6.. you cant even see the batsmen properly let alone watching Fans takin clothes off and i would rather have some decent additions to the gameplay itself instead of watchin some fake tits....

Whats porn for eh?
