I guess they are but I am not sure. For me, it was in built in the laptop.

Just found a good software. Would be very handy for those who don't have a pre installed face recognition software.

Indeed, that'll soon start changing once XP's numerous flaws are no longer supported by Microsoft and it turns in to the melting pot of turd that it is.

Given XP was around for 5 years before Vista turned up, it's not too surprising it's market share is still so huge.
