does WMP11 have the sync integration for mp3 players? I am planning on buying a Creative 20gb mp3 player and I heard WMP10 has seamless integration with that mp3 player!

It has.

for those wanting quick launch thingy, here's a view of WMP toolbar.
U enable it by rt click on taskbar>toolbars>windows media player

How'd you do that last thing Leo? I did exactly what you say but when I click the WMP thing it doesn't appear in my menu bar.

WMP 11 is quite good looking!

One thing though, in WMP10, when you switch to full screen, the controls appear for a while and then disappear unless you want them to appear (by making the controls appear and click the button on top). there is nothing like that in WMP11 Beta. When I switch to full screen, the controls remain as it is for the period I am in full screen. I have to go to Options to disable full screen controls.

And another thing is, in WMP10 on full screen, when you double click, you get out of full screen and when you press Space, it pauses. But with WMP11, you have to take the trouble of right clicking and selecting "Exit Full Screen" while a single left click pauses the video. Even though a solution is there to hit "Alt-Enter" to exit full screen, the double click feature to get out was much better!

U also need to run WMP for it to come in effect.
simply minimise WMP and it minimises to taskbar.

I agree, WMP 11 should auto remove controls.

I don't get u?

I can move out/into fullscreen with double click.
Also hitting escape moves me out of fullscreen.

There's a button on full screen control to move out of it.

By default it is disabled. Rightclick on the taskbar, select toolbars and click Windows Media Player. If it has a tick by it, it should work. Then, simply minimize WMP.
Note: On much slower computers it can slow it down whilst it is going into minimode.

How stable is this beta version of WMP 11 ?

more stable than WMP10.

On my system.

Has never crashed in my useage, even watching those pirated disks hasn't brought it down, while WMP10 would crash, usually.

I had to use BS player for getting them running, BS player is the most stable one, I suppose.Never has let me down.

where do I download the beta version?
