How many teams do we need from Pakistan? I can do them, but I cant promise you the time. Also I will need the standards of how you set them, Eg Best batsman is given a max. rating of?? In order for it to be = to the other leagues.

Also for Pakistani domestic scene its basically crap, and there are city and franchise based Domestic trophy as well as a State Trophy. I think If we have to make teams we should take the state side one, it has 5 teams, and only the quality players are selected..What say you?

Hedger needs 4 Teams from Pakistan.
I don't know about the ratings or anything though.

4 Teams right. That would mean cutting down the weakest state team. No Prob, as the weakest state team is pretty weak :yes

Best batsman is given a max. rating of?? In order for it to be = to the other leagues.

before the max batsmen rating was 40 and the min bowler's rating 30, but unless they play international cricket or have recently retired from international cricket no one should really be in that category.

Yea, try to keep it to a max batting rating of 40, bowling of 30, but sometimes you'll find people who deserve to be better than that. Like I gave Shaun Tait a bowling rating of 27, as well as Stuart Clark and Nathan Bracken. And I gave Brad Hodge, David Hussey, Phil Jacques and Chris Rogers batting ratings of over 40.

There shouldn't be many players over those ratings because if they're normally playing international cricket don't select them. If they're fringe players then you can choose them.

If they normally play cricket for Pakistan then don't include them. Fringe players you can include, depending on how often they play or the last time they played.

Here we go; Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago 2 teams from the West Indies.

Ok. I've got all Pacific Conference Teams. I'll give you 4K Chewie and Riz, you get 1K for WI.

Ok. 1K for the 2 teams from Bangladesh, 2K for the 4 teams from India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan and 5K for the 10 teams from England.

And just having a look at it still, it will be lots of work. I have 2 reasonable options so you can decide on 1 of them or a good alternative if you can think of one.

1) Have a qualifying KO tournament. The 14 teams from each conference will have a KO Tournament between them. Best 6 sides out of the conference automatically go through with the other 8 teams playing in a Knockout where the 2 final teams will get to go through to the actual tournament. That means there will be 8 teams from each conference.

Downside: Players playing for the clubs who get knocked out quickly will be disadvantaged as they won't get chosen in a county side.

2) We just start off with 8 teams from each conference meaning probably 4 teams from Australia, 3 from New Zealand and 1 from West Indies will be in it from Pacific, 2 teams from IND, SL and PAK + 1 from BAN and 1 more from one of the first 3 there take part and 3 teams from SAF and 5 teams from ENG will take part from the other conference.

Downside: Less teams to get chosen for meaning either less Domestic contracts or teams with a few WCA players rather than just 0 or 1.

And if we go for the second option, then there will be less virtual cash available for making the teams but there will also be less teams to make.

These English teams are a must to be in if you have 5: Durham, Nottinghamshire, Somerset, Hampshire, Sussex. They are the 5 best teams in England.
