World Cup 2010 could be in Aus/NZ?

Now that we're in the Asia zone we have their support, so why wouldn't we get it.

Telstra stadium holds about 83,000.

MCG 100,000, our smallest ground is about 40,000. We have some of the best sporting facilities in the world.

Just because we made one World Cup in the last 30 years all of a sudden we think we have the right to take the tournament away from the South Africans. South Africa have over 3 years to get everything together and that is a long time.
