All of Morocco's matches will be simmed and posted by neutral simmers, depending on who's available at the

BUT teams from confederations with their own simmers can play up to 12 matches since their regional championship won't be run by me, and won't fall into the 156-slot FTP.

Yeah. So from now on, if someone other than me sims EURO matches, then I'll sim four extra bilateral matches for teams from Europe.

Same applies for every other continent.

I'll be managing the African confederation. Not from the league POV, but as myself. Will be posting matches from my account and not the WCC account, so all African teams will get 12 slots in the FTP.

Because AFCON will be a user-run confederation, even if that user just so happens to be the same guy behind WoC.

If the African confederation was simmed and posted from the WCC account, then all African teams would get 8 matches.

Basically:

8 tour matches + confederation tournament(s) if simmed by WCC.
12 tour matches + confederation tournament(s) if simmed by a user.

You can arrange 12 if your confederation isn't simmed by NMA.
