ICC Chairman
Now I'm not a big fan of these cricket leagues but this is an idea I've always had and so I thought I'd give it a try.
Basically, on FM09 I made a World Premier League with ten teams from across the world filled with the world's best players. Each team had to have three of their own national players, sort of like the 'Icon Players' in the IPL. Then there was a random number draw from four pots to determine the full squad lists: La Liga Top 30, Premiership Top 50, Rest of Europe Top 40 and World Top 40 (The World's Best - includes La Liga and Premiership) . Each team got three players from the La Liga list, five from the Premiership list, four from RoE list and four from the RoW list, giving them 19 players including 'Icon Players'.
I managed to set it all up and make the database. Each side was set to have a balance of ?500mil and a transfer budget of ?200mil. Unfortunately having made it in place of the Australian A-League there were salary caps and the game was effectively unplayable.
Now it's time to make it again, but this time I want you guys to be the managers. No vCash needed to enter, this is purely for fun. So fill out the following form if interested.

Buenos Aires Falcons: Lionel Messi, Juan Roman Riquelme, Javier Mascherano
Berlin Giants: Miroslav Klose, Michael Ballack, Philipp Lahm

Don't be put off by the likes of Tokyo and Johannesburg. They will have to have their 'Icon Players' in the starting line-up but with a random number draw you could come out with one of the strongest teams.
