But lemme rejoice for the time being , what a one sider this was ... was so happy to beat Hedger's Emeralds so convincingly earlier in the Super League , but this turns out to better that smash ! Not happy with the MoM award though , which in all fairness should have gone to our brilliant inspirational skipper in Kevin Pietersen . Johnson was nowhere near his destructive best despite his 5/44 . I never like bowlers who take wickets at the expense of so many runs . But this is the first time both openers have shown the maturity to produce a great start , Davies in special had started the match at an average of 15.1 in his 10 outings . Umar Akmal i feel should have done better given the SC conditions suited him (just what Imran Nazir did !) .
