Are you busy until March or something?
I don't think you'll find more than 15 active managers anyway and that number will probably go down with time as well.

I am a little busy. Not that I can't manage to give some time, but still, I don't wish to disturb my current schedule. If everything goes right, you guys will soon know that for what I was busy!

Yes. Beginning the signups now would not be a good idea as many registrants might go inactive by 2011.
