It's between Hoggard and Panesar. I chose Hoggard because I remember his 7-for against SA proving how brilliantly and devastatingly he can bowl. Plus, he gets important breakthroughs for England.

Then why is Lee there? Clark would be our best bowler by a country mile at the moment.
