sorry to u all but , i give a method, u make new urself plz.
first take a picture of logo, open pallete in os according to siz eof ur ad. now remove bg of the sponser.
make new layer and swap it with that layer, colour it with some gradients and multiply it with electronic add template as u do it, that dro[p shadow of the logo sponser.
now make half selection of the add and put white to transparent gradient, now adjust its opacity as u like
