So you guys changed your captains in just 9 days.

At Amigos we have a dedicated bunch of guys who maybe at times seem easy going and noobish but can transform to a real gansgta and shoot up any flies when the need arise.

At Amigos we tend to make every decision based on a collective opinion from each team member and look to share equally the responsibilities as much as we can.

Agreed we're not perfect there are a couple inactive players but we dont carry about our business like other teams which has a supreme leader just because his/her name maybe in red, further more every vote counts, even if their desires expressed we get concrete decisions from our players.

Just to be safe, you guys should really have a set of standby captains in case the captain and vice captain in each format are busy. Obviously, stick to having one per format, so it doesn't get too hard to remember who should be in the team.

That said, that then leaves two members of the team that aren't captains. Perhaps you could rotate the standby captains for two of the formats?

It is never about the color of the username. I admit more people at the leadership level does mean more ideas but then it also means difference of opinions and ego clash. Without a leader no pack can survive on the path of progress for long.

Lets play with other PCPL teams, that will be nice... and I would say Baahubali , SixerBoy or User2010 can be Simmers has they are the current best (to my knowledge).
