Hmmm..Here are some tips:
1.You need to set the textures to screen or lighten [and sometimes also multiply],look at the sig yourself If you feel the texture is a mess,reduce the opacity or erase some parts.
2.Text seem to be the major problem with you,here are a few fonts
Bebas
Code Bold
James fajarado[not sure of the spelling]
Reboard
Free Road
Rage italic
Sh*t Happens [replace the '*' with 'i']
and Avant Garde
3.Play with colors,try applying the image and setting them to multiply,try some gradient maps.
4.[The best]Start working with clipping mask.
I'd recommend you to start following tutorials too.
Anyways,I just love those kits that you made,too good.
