Younis Khan or Mahela Jayawardena?

I would go with Mahela, Younis Khan is a great batsman, he has depth, but I believe that he is not proactive as a player, kind of the back-burner type of guy, that to me gives him all the time in the world to just focus on batting, Jayawardena on the other hand as captain has much more to do and still performs with the bat as well, that for me would put him in front Younis.

In the poll though, we're only comparing them as batsmen.
You can't count their additional responsibilities in the team.
So by using your argument / logic, Younus Khan is the better batsman.

Younus Khan changed / corrected the spelling of his name.
If you look on the back of his shirt (the clearest indication) he spells it Younus.

Mahila Jaywerdene is far better batsman than younis khan.

Mahela because hes proven himself on more than a couple of occasions.
