I have had many:
From my football days: Lanky Man - Didn't particularly like it, but it was pretty accurate.
Rugby: Victor - After Victor Matfield, 'nuff said.
Indoor Cricket: Beno, basically my name with an 'o' on the end, said in an Aussie accent.
Cricket: Jonty - Class fielder, not the best with the bat but does a job. This came about because I did a flying run out ala Rhodes vs Inzi, and the Coach chanted: "Jonty! Jonty! etc."
and most recently from American Football: T.O. - Terrel Owens, WR for Dallas (I think) and the guys at school who watch AF on telly called me it because I am a WR and I'm the only guy at school who plays.

Football: Henry, cos apparently I look like Henry, but I don't.

Well, since I do not play Cricket 75% of the year, I fill up my time playing Tennis. They call me Rohitter (Rohit is my name).
And my backhand is nick named the "Ro-Hit". Its basically a cricket shot through mid off, hit as hard as I can and as flat as I can, and it always nicks the line.
