For anyone interested in the English domestic teams I have uploaded the following teams with 2014 squads: Derby, Durham, Essex, Glamorgan, Gloucester, Lancaster, Leicester, Northampton, Nottingham and Somerset. Will try and work on the remaining teams over the next week and if someone can dig around for a full Worcester squad with academy player that would be great.

I got reasonably close with my face in career mode.
It looks as though there's no way to back my player up though. So if I restart career I need to do my face again?

You should offer a paid service for such requests. Charge folks $20 a pop to get them and their likeness in the game.
