Very nice! Getting this NZ squad well covered... our works are starting to have a similar look which is a good thing for consistency.

Early version of Neil Wagner. Limited hair styles and lack of pointy ears make it a bit tricky sometimes :P

...yeah, I'm basically using your stuff as inspiration, trying to fit into your incredible aesthetic you've got going on with the players you've done. I'm going to go back and fix Daniel Vettori since he looks shocking now compared to everyone else!

Wagner looks great, a few new options for hairstyles will help... then we'll have to go through and fix up all their stats as well

Yeah, the temptation at the start is to overemphasize features, I did it too... instead of going for realistic proportions. Definitely easier to pick out which values to change when something doesn't quite look right with some practice.

....totally agree. Your advice further back was invaluable. Starting with the jaw/chin proportions and working back is definitely the best way to go I reckon.
