The nose is too thin, they eyes are too thin and the mouth is a bit wide. Everything else looks good, hope this helps

That is a really good effort. I m glad someone else is making south afrian players other than me.

Some suggestions:
The eyebrows...the outer side should go further away from the eyes.
As kingoffuel mentioned the nose isn't right.
The eyes should be bigger. The inner corner of the eye should be lower than the outer corner.
Verify eye poition with respect to nostril position and edge of lips position. Right now the lips are longer than they should be making them go as far as the middle of eyes. So fixing that would make things look even better.
His chin should be more flat and closer to his lips..dont remember if there was an option for flatter chin
His neck should be wider than it is now.
His lower eyelid should be straighter than his upper eyelid

And finally personally i think basing models on one picture isnt the best of ideas. Its always better to get multiple images and cross check features to see which characteristics r real and which r just picture specific.
