That's a pretty good player, and his wage suggests that he's close to popping technique. Is his summary for both batting and bowling the same? His talents are really good as well.

Decent pull there. No secondaries below poor, and average batting and bowling as well as good talents for each. tbh, I prefer the spin specialist talent but the seam specialist talent is just as good and will be a good opening bat and part time bowler in the future. Because he is only Right Arm Medium and his batting talent means he is better batting up the order and bowling talent means he can bowl as a finisher, I would suggest training a combination of batting/batting technique/all-rounder training.

First, I would go for a fielding pop to get his fielding to ordinary before putting him on all-rounder to see whether his batting or bowling pops first. If his batting pops first, then he'd be better to train as a batting all-rounder while if his bowling pops first, it may be best to train him as a slightly more bowling orientated all-rounder.
