I would probably focus on the batting more than getting him to be an all-rounder. It's near the end of season, he is only a RFS, his batting is higher than his bowling, and he already has decent power.

Just train him as a bowler... He can bat well in his Youth Matches... So in my opinion he is only a spin bowler who can bat like Kumble...

it happens... I was more confused when I started playing FTP... 2-3 seasons took me to learn that...

For me, I always got confused as whether Reasonable and Capable was higher but now it's anything above Exceptional that I'm unsure about.
