Thats a magnificent pull! If you can, try to train him with 4/5 nets, he will turn into a big player!

New YP, used 5 ITS in batting, and it worked, give him 1 batting and 1 net to improve cons...
try to build up a good squad for my likely struggle in the new division next season.

Oh aaight, 10 it is. That shouldn't be to much on me budget, how do I improve my "Feeble" rating on my academy, and are Repairs worth it?

Repairs are 30k a shot, and will only enable you to use more ITS, per each higher level you reach. eg. Superb academy 35 ITS (maximum) I wouldn't upgrade your academy now though, rather do it next season for good trainable pulls as it is starting to get a little late into the season.
