I love the models, but like @Mohammed Sherry says, if you can get the colours right they'll be really good. I know from my own stuff that anything other than some dumb looking white guy, it can be difficult to get the skin tones right. Just hope keep going. I think you nailed the Soumya and Mashrafe faces.
